A special thank you for Saturday, as it wouldn't happen without the dedicated coaches of the age groups at Wirral who have helped to develop the players of the future for the club.

But a little extra thanks can go to Josh Connelly who on Saturday not only played and captained the 3rd team to victory v Lymm but also played with 6 players that he has coached over the last few seasons two of which he currently coaches.
Josh along with many other coaches has given up his spare time to go into schools and deliver rugby on behalf of Wirral rugby club and has encouraged these young players to join in training with the seniors supporting them every step of the way.
