Sessions will be taken by Neil Parsley, a strength and conditioning coach who has worked for the England rugby team for the last three years and the previos 12 years with Olympic and world medalists.
Monday & Wednesday nights starting November 23rd
5-6pm 12 - 15 years
6-7pm Seniors (16+) forwards
7-8pm Seniors (16+) backs
